133.01 DEPUTY FIRE CHIEF.
   The Deputy Fire Chief shall, in the absence or disability of the Fire Chief and the
Assistant Fire Chief, perform all of the functions and exercise all of the authority of the Fire Chief and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed or assigned to him by the Fire Chief or the Mayor.
