1335.02 CODES APPLICABLE.

Property maintenance for structures, premises, equipment, and facilities shall be in accordance with the most current edition of the International Code Council (ICC) International Property Maintenance Code and all future editions, amendments and revisions as published by the International Code Council, Inc.
