131.02 PROVIDING SERVICE TO OTHER MUNICIPALITIES.

   The City hereby grants approval for the Oregon Police Department to provide police protection and emergency services, as determined by the Mayor, Police Chief, Safety Director or officer on duty, upon the request of any political subdivision located within the State of Ohio. This authority is hereby granted without the need for pre-existing contracts or agreements with the jurisdiction requesting these services.
