131.01 MUTUAL EMERGENCY AID AGREEMENT.

The Police Division is hereby permitted to provide initial police emergency service to the residents of the Municipalities of Harbor View, Northwood and Toledo, and the Township of Jerusalem, whenever such initial emergency service can be provided with no loss of protection to the residents of the City.
