130.02 DIRECTOR'S APPOINTMENT.

The Director of Public Safety shall be appointed in the manner and shall have the authority, duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 6 of Article VII of the City Charter. He shall be appointed and serve in the unclassified service of the City and shall serve at the pleasure of Council.
