The Director of Public Service shall make such studies, investigations and reports as from time to time may be requested by the Mayor or Council and, subject to the provisions of the City Charter and ordinances of the City, shall perform such other duties and exercise such further powers as are vested in directors of public service of cities by the laws of Ohio. The Director shall attend all meetings of Council unless excused therefrom.
