127.03 QUALIFICATIONS, APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES OF ASSISTANT DIRECTORS OF LAW; FEES FOR SERVICES.

(a) The Mayor may appoint, subject to confirmation by Council, such Assistant Directors of Law to serve at the pleasure of Council, as shall from time to time be necessary.

(b) Assistant Directors of Law shall be attorneys at law duly admitted to practice in this State.

(c) Assistant Directors of Law, under the supervision of the Director of Law shall perform such services as are requested or directed by Council, the Mayor or the Director of Law.
