127.02 QUALIFICATIONS, APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES OF THE DIRECTOR OF LAW.

(a) The Director of Law and Assistant Director of Law shall have the qualifications, shall be appointed and confirmed, and shall perform the duties of the Solicitor and assistant, all as specified in Section 2 , of Article VII of the City Charter.

(b) The Director of Law shall prosecute all cases arising under the criminal jurisdiction of the Oregon Municipal Court.
