121.05 ISSUANCE OF PURCHASE ORDERS.

The Mayor or his designee may requisition and the Director of Finance may issue purchase orders for periods up to six months notwithstanding the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.41(D). The Mayor and Director of Finance, within their respective jurisdictions, may issue administrative policies to implement the foregoing.
