121.01 ADMINISTRATIVE SPLITS.
   The Mayor is authorized to approve a proposed division of land if the following conditions are met:
   (a)    The division is along an existing public right of way and does not involve the opening, widening or extension of any public right of way.
   (b)   The division is in conformity with all applicable provisions of Part Eleven- Planning and Zoning Code. (Ord. 124-1985. Passed 8-26-85.)
