712.99 PENALTIES.

Whoever violates this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this legislation shall be fined not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each offence. A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation occurs of continues.
