(A) The owner of property who rents to tenants of apartments, condominiums, rooms, trailer parks, or any other rental accommodations shall, within thirty (30) days after a new tenant commences occupancy of any rental property of any kind within the Municipality, file with the Tax Administrator a report showing the names, addresses, telephone numbers, if available, and place of employment of each such tenant who occupies an apartment, condominium, room, trailer park, or other accommodation within the corporate limits of the Municipality.
(B) Within thirty (30) days after a tenant vacates an apartment, condominium, room, trailer park, or other rental property located within the Municipality, the property owner of such vacated rental property shall file with the Tax Administrator a report showing the date on which the former tenant vacated the rental property and the forwarding address of such former tenant.
