Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 121. 22(F), the following Rules are adopted for the purpose of providing a reasonable method for any person to determine the time and place of all regularly scheduled meetings, including special meetings, of all Municipal Bodies as hereafter defined and to provide methods by which persons, firms or other organizations may avail themselves of confirmation pertaining to the time and place and agenda of all such meetings.
