The Fire Chief is directed to cooperate with training and education programs prepared by employers with respect to hazardous chemicals. The Fire Chief is further directed to annually review and survey the training programs of employers having 250 employees or more at a workplace in the City and to report to the Mayor on his assessment of same so that the Mayor may determine whether further legislation is needed to protect the public health, safety and welfare.
