1529.01 SCOPE.

This chapter shall apply to all hazardous chemicals as defined herein which are manufactured, used or stored by an employer in workplaces in the City, and shall be in addition to the BOCA Fire Prevention Code (Oregon Edition) as amended by and incorporated in Chapter 1509, and all other provisions of the Codified Ordinances regarding hazardous chemicals, or any rules or regulations of City departments, boards or commissions pertaining thereto.
