1519.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Any person who parks an unattended vehicle in a designated fire lane as established by this chapter shall be fined ten dollars ($10.00).
 
   (b)   Any person who fails to comply with Section 1519.03 hereof, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
