1501.01 CHIEF; DISTRICT CHIEF; INSPECTORS.
   There is hereby established in the Fire Division of the City, hereinafter referred to as the Bureau of Fire Prevention, hereinafter called the "Bureau, " consisting of a Chief hereinafter referred to as the "Chief, " a District Chief, hereinafter referred to as the "District Chief, " and not more than ten fire prevention inspectors. The Chief of the Fire Division shall be Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention. Each fire prevention inspector shall join the station in whichever district he resides and his membership shall be above the regular number now carried by the station. He shall be governed by all rules of the Fire Division and remain in good standing at his station. In the Fire Fighting Service, he shall carry the rank of District Chief and follow in the chain of command the same as the second responding district or if more than a one-station alarm, rank as the last responding District Chief.
