1365.02 BOARDS OF TRADE EXAMINERS ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.
   (a)    There are hereby created Boards of Examiners for Electrical, Plumbing and Heating-Ventilating. Each Board shall consist of three members appointed by the Mayor.
   (b)    The term of office of the members of the Board shall be for a period of three years respectively, provided however, that when the first Board shall be appointed, one member shall be appointed for one year, one member for two years and one member for three years. An appointment to fill a vacancy shall be only for the unexpired term, which shall be made in the same manner as the original appointment. The three members of the Board shall consist of two trade contractor's representatives an* one representative of local industry or a graduate engineer in a related field.
   (c)    The Board shall appoint a secretary who shall keep a record of all proceedings.
   (d)   The Board of Examiners shall prepare, present and grade the examinations for a contractor's license covering matters relating to the ability and qualifications of the applicant to engage in trade work. This Board shall certify the results of such examination to the Commissioner of Building and Zoning Inspection.
