1341.99 PENALTY.

Any person who, being able to do so, refuses or neglects to obey a proper order issued by the Commissioner of Building and Zoning Inspection under the provisions of this chapter, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned for not more than five days. Each and every day after the time specified in the notice provided for in Section 1341.03 shall be deemed a separate offense.
