Where subsoil drains are placed under the cellar floor or used to encircle the outer walls of a building, the same shall be made of an open jointed four inch drain tile.
Open jointed drain tile shall be properly trapped before entering the house drain.
No subsoil drains, foundation drains or clear water drainage shall be connected with the sanitary sewer.
