There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein, for the purpose of establishing basic minimum standards for plumbing, sewer building and water service installation in one, two and three-family dwellings and appurtenant structures, that certain code known as the Ohio Plumbing Code being Chapter 4101:3 of the Ohio Administrative Code, 2007 edition.
