Whoever violates any provision of this Part Thirteen-Building Code; or any rules duly promulgated hereunder; or erects, constructs, alters or repairs a building or structure in violation of a detailed statement or plan submitted and approved hereunder; or fails to comply with any order of the Commissioner of Building and Zoning Inspection, where no other penalty is provided is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
