1305.05 APPLICABLE CODES.

(a) One, two and three-family dwellings and their accessory structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the most current adopted Ohio Residential Code as regulated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards for certified building departments.

(b) Buildings whose occupancy is other than noted in subsection (a) hereof shall be constructed in accordance with Title Three, Chapter 1321 .

(c) All buildings shall be constructed in accordance with Chapters 1329 and 1333 with respect to plumbing and electrical installations.
