1305.04 OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)    Certificate of Occupancy. A certificate of occupancy shall be required for permanent occupancy of any new structure. Such certificate shall be issued only after the structure is completed and all final inspections have been made and approved and the building meets all requirements of the City.
   
   (b)    Temporary Occupancy. A temporary certificate of occupancy may be issued by the Commissioner of Building and Zoning for a period not exceeding six months during alterations or partial occupancy of a building pending its completion but only when the
following minimum requirements have been met:
      (1)   Foundation, exterior wall framing, exterior wall covering and roof covering completed.
      (2)   Bathroom separated by partitions, ceiling and door.
      (3)   Water closet, kitchen sink, portable water supply and sewage disposal system installed.
   (c)    Notice of Intent to Occupy. The Commissioner of Building and Zoning Inspection shall be notified promptly upon completion of any structure or at least five days prior to the intended date of occupancy, so that required inspections can be completed and any
corrections made prior to occupancy.
