1303.25 SOLID MASONRY.

"Solid masonry" means load-bearing or nonload-bearing construction using masonry units where the net cross-sectional area of each unit in any plane parallel to the bearing surface is not less than seventy-five percent (75%) of its gross cross-sectional area. Solid masonry units shall conform to ASTM C55, C62, C73, C145 or C216 listed in Section S026.115.
