1303.23 LOADS, LIVE AND DEAD.

"Dead loads" means the weight of the walls, partitions, framing, floors, ceilings, roofs and all other permanent stationary construction entering into and becoming a part of the building. "Live loads" means all loads except dead and lateral loads.
