(a) A tent or air-supported structure used for any purpose, shall obtain a permit from the Zoning Inspector. Tents used exclusively for recreational camping purposes shall be exempt from the above requirements.
(b) The permit issued under this section shall be valid for a period of ten days and may be renewed once.
(c) A permit application and drawings shall be submitted for each installation and use with specifications indicating the location of the tent or air-supported structure on the site and adequate details regarding the location of egress facilities, seating capacity, construction and all mechanical and electrical equipment.
(d) The Zoning Inspector shall inspect each facility permitted under this section to determine compliance with the appropriate requirements of the Building Code.
