(a) The following shall be permitted in this C-4 zone. If a use is not expressly permitted, the use is prohibited.
(1) Personal service establishments.
(2) Commercial entertainment establishments.
(3) Restaurants.
(4) Hotels and motels.
(5) Professional offices.
(6) Retail business and services.
(7) Automobile dealerships, new and used.
