(a) Business and Visiting Hours. The cemetery office hours are from 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p.m. for business. The grounds are open for visiting November 1 to April 1 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and April 1 to November 1 from 8:00 a. m. to 8:00 p.m. All persons entering or leaving the cemetery shall use the regularly designated entrances and exits. Visiting is prohibited when the cemetery is closed.
(b) Conduct. Visitors are reminded that the cemetery is a place where decorous conduct and good order are essential. Loud and boisterous conduct, mischief, unnecessary noise, including open mufflers, trampling grass, shrubs and flowers and trespass are prohibited. The City has police jurisdiction within the cemetery.
(c) Speed And Parking. The speed limit is ten miles per hour. Parking is permitted only at the edge of established roads, off the grass and with brakes set. No parking is permitted near open graves or in "No Parking" areas.
(d) Vehicles. Buses and trailers are prohibited except by special permission of the Superintendent. Bicycles and motorcycles are prohibited except for transportation to and from the office, and to and from a specific lot or grave.
(e) Prohibited Activities. The following are prohibited: playing radios, picnicking, lounging and loafing.
(f) Post-mortems. Post-mortem examinations within the cemetery are prohibited.
(g) Dogs. Dogs are prohibited, unless leashed or confined to vehicles.
