935.19 PENALTIES.
   Rule 34. If any person refuses or neglects to pay the water charge when due, the water may be turned off after five days notice and not turned on again until all charges due the Division of Water and Wastewater Treatment are paid. A penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be charged to the account if employees of the Division of Water are dispathed for turn off and/or turn on service during business hours, and seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for turn off and/or turn on service after business hours. If any person refuses or neglects to pay for services put in, or for repairs on service line or meters, or permits use of water contrary to these rules or ordinances governing the same, or violates any of the provisions of these rules and regulations for the management and protection of the Division, the water shall be turned off after five days notice and not turned on again until such damages and charges are paid. A penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be charged to the account if employees of the Division of Water are dispatched for turn off and/or turn on service during business hours, and seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for turn on service after business hours.
