Rule 32.
Quarterly accounts. The water rate schedule is available upon request at the office of the Division of Water and Wastewater Treatment. Water meters shall be read every third month and a bill for water and sewer services for that period shall be mailed to the applicant on the first of the following month after the meter readings.
Monthly accounts. Meters recording in excess of 30,000 cubic feet per month will be classified as industrial, and will be read the last day of each month, Sundays excepted, and will be billed monthly. Meters recording in excess of 20,000 cubic feet per quarter may be classified as commercial at the discretion of the Commissioner of Water and Wastewater Treatment and billed accordingly. When two or more meters are in use by one consumer, the Commissioner may designate such meters as industrial or commercial, in order to expedite billing.
