Rule 30. No water will be supplied to any premises, the owner of which is delinquent in the payment of any other water bills or who is indebted to the Division of Water and Wastewater Treatment for any material, supplies or labor charges, until such indebtedness has been paid; and the Division reserves the right to shut off the water from any premises owned by a person so delinquent upon giving a five day notice to do so.
