935.14 PAYING BILLS; EFFECT OF NONPAYMENT.
   Rule 29. Bills not paid within the designated period become delinquent and the service covered thereby may be discontinued and the water shut off after giving five days notice to that effect. It shall be sufficient notice if the same is sent to premises where water is used. The Division of Water and Wastewater Treatment sends out bills as a matter of convenience to the owner or water consumer, and failure to receive the same will not relieve anyone of the responsibility for prompt payment.
   All accounts shall be paid at the Division office, 5350 Seaman Road. The Division has no authorized collection agencies.
