935.09 DIVISION OF WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT TO INSPECT.

Rule 23. No trench on a service from the curb stop to the meter, either a new service or one opened up for repairs, shall be backfilled until inspected and passed by an authorized representative of the Division of Water and Wastewater Treatment.
