When it can be demonstrated that circumstances exist which would create an unreasonable burden on the person to comply with the time schedule imposed by Section 925.36 a request for extension of time may be presented for consideration of the Director. All requests for extension of time shall be submitted in writing stating the reasons for such a request. Under no circumstances shall the extension of time exceed ninety days after removal of the extension by the Director.
