Stormwater and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged to such sewers as are specifically designated as storm drain or to a natural outlet approved by the Director of Public Service and other regulatory agencies. Subject to testing and analysis approved by the Director of Public Service, unpolluted industrial cooling water or process waters may be discharged on approval by the Director to a storm sewer, or natural outlet. All storm water collection design, construction and maintenance shall be in accordance to Section 1177.06 subject to approval by the Director of Public Service.
