925.22 FEES AND CHARGES.
   The following license fees and permit fees are hereby imposed and shall be collected pursuant to the provisions of this chapter:
 
(a)   Registration Fees.
   Septic tank cleaning or repair license:          $25.00 per year
   Sanitary sewer or storm sewer tapper’s license:      100.00 per year
   Sanitary sewer or storm sewer tapper’s
      license renewal:               40.00 per year
   Storm sewer tapper’s license:            100.00 per year
   Storm sewer tapper’s license renewal:         40.00 per year
   Sewer drain or drainage structure cleaner:         10.00 first year
   Sewer drain or drainage structure cleaner renewal:      10.00 per year
   The fee to renew an expired license shall be the same as the cost of a new license. All licenses expire on December 31 of the year in which the license was issued.

(b)   Permit Fees.
   Permit to open or tap a sanitary sewer:         $150.00 per day
   Each additional one-half day or fraction thereof
      shall be at the rate of:               75.00
   Permit to alter, open or repair an existing
      residential house tap:               75.00 per day
   Each additional one-half day or fraction thereof      
      shall be at the rate of:               35.00
   Permit to repair sanitary or storm sewer other
      than an existing residential house tap including
      inspection, for a maximum of four hours:      125.00
   Each additional one-half day or fraction thereof
      shall be at the rate of:               75.00
   Permit to tap storm sewer or drain in subdivisions
      where storm sewer connections or wye branches
      are available for each lot:            40.00 each tap
   Permit to open or tap a storm sewer or drains in an
      area where no connections or wye branches
      are available:
      Up to an 8-inch tap               40.00
      All taps over 8 inches will be billed at the
         current hourly billing rate.
   Permit to tap either a sanitary or storm manhole will be
      billed at the current hourly billing rate.
   Each such license or renewal thereof shall be valid until December 31 of the year in which issued unless sooner terminated or revoked as provided herein.
