925.18 UNAUTHORIZED USE OF LICENSEE'S NAME,

No person, authorized and licensed under this chapter to make openings, taps or connections with sewers, drains or drainage facilities or provide septic tank cleaning or repair services, shall allow his name to be used by another for the purpose of obtaining permits, or of doing any work under a license issued to him.
