925.15 ONE RESIDENCE OR BUILDING PER BUILDING SEWER.

Not more than one residence or building, unless otherwise approved by the Director may be connected to each building sewer lateral. All costs and expenses incidental to the installation, connection and maintenance of a building sewer lateral shall be borne by the owner.
