925.14 TEMPORARY CONNECTIONS OUTSIDE SEWER DISTRICT PROHIBITED.

No temporary or accommodation connections or taps to a sanitary sewer within the City shall be permitted to serve property located outside of the sewer district in which such sewer is located.

The Director of Public Service shall have no authority to authorize or permit a connection or tap of the type or character referred to in this section without the express approval of Council.
