925.08 TAPPING PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person other than an authorized employee of the City shall make any opening in or connection with a public storm sewer, sanitary sewer, combined sewer or other public drain or drainage facility unless a permit therefor has been obtained prior to commencement of the work as provided in this chapter.
