925.02 DEPOSITING OF OBJECTIONABLE WASTE PROHIBITED.

No person shall place, deposit or permit to be deposited in an insanitary manner upon public or private property within the City, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the City, any human or animal excrement, garbage or other objectionable waste.
