There is hereby established a sanitary sewer district within the City of Oregon, Ohio known as the Seaman Road and Stadium Road Sanitary Sewer District:
Commencing at a point at the northeasterly right-of-way line of the Norfolk Southern Combined Railroad and the centerline of Lallendorf Road, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence Northerly on the West line of Section 35, Town 9 South, Range 8 East and the centerline of Lallendorf Road to a point at the Northwest corner of Lucas County Auditor’s parcel number 4411850; thence Easterly on the Northerly line of Auditor’s parcel number 4411850 to the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence continuing Easterly along the aforesaid line, extended East, to the Southwest corner of County Auditor’s parcel 4410622; thence Northerly on the West line of Auditor’s parcel 4410622 to a point in the centerline of Corduroy Road; thence Easterly on the centerline of Corduroy Road to a point at the Southwest corner of Auditor’s parcel number 4411051; thence Northerly on the West line of parcel 4411051 to the Northwest corner of said parcel; thence Easterly on the North line of said parcel to a point at the Southwesterly corner of Auditor’s parcel number 4409984; thence Northerly on the West line of parcel 4409984 to the Northwest corner of said parcel; thence Easterly on the North line of parcel 4409984 to a point in the centerline of Wynn Road; thence Southerly on the centerline of Wynn Road to a point at the Northwest corner of County Auditor’s parcel number 4413418; thence Easterly along the North line of said parcel to the Northeast corner of Auditor’s parcel number 4411951, said point also being in the centerline of Stadium Road; thence southerly on the centerline of Stadium Road to Southwest corner of Auditor’s parcel number 4438221; thence Easterly on the South line of parcel 4438221 to the Southeast corner of said parcel; thence Northerly on the East line of parcel 4438221 to a point on the North line of Auditor’s parcel number 4439511; thence Easterly along the North line of said parcel to a point at the Northeast corner of County Auditor’s parcel number 4438497;
