923.10 WYNNSCAPE SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT.

   (a)    There is hereby established a sanitary sewer district within the City known as the Wynnscape Sanitary Sewer District; which district is described in Exhibit A attached to original Ordinance 156-1990 and incorporated herein by reference.

   (b)    The provisions of Chapters 923, 925, 927 and 929 shall apply to all sanitary sewers constructed within the Wynnscape Sanitary Sewer District.

   (c)   Council hereby finds that sewer plans prepared by Feller, Finch and Associates, Inc., dated May 9, 1989, which are on file in the office of the Service Director constitute the general plan for this district. It is therefore determined that no other general plan for the entire district is necessary.

   (d)   The Wynnscape Sanitary Sewer District within the Cedar Point Focused Development Area, zoned Commercial-Industrial shall, upon request of the landowner, defer payment of the sewer tap-in charges until such time that the individuals' parcels are developed on a per-acre per-parcel basis.
