923.09 SEWER SUBDISTRICT NO. 1 IN NORTH OREGON SEWER DISTRICT.

(a) There is hereby established a Subdistrict No. 1 within the North Oregon Sanitary Sewer District; which subdistrict is described in Exhibit A attached to original Ordinance 162-1989 and incorporated herein by reference.

(b) There is hereby established a subdistrict number 2 within the North Oregon Sanitary Sewer District; which was established by Ordinance 161-1989, and amended by Ordinance 162-1989; which subdistrict is described in Exhibit A attached to original Ordinance 50-1992 and incorporated herein by reference.
