(a) There is hereby established a sanitary sewer district within the City known as the North Oregon Sanitary Sewer District; which district is described in Exhibit A attached to original ordinance 161-1989 and incorporated herein by reference.

(b) The North Oregon Sanitary Sewer District established by Ordinance No. 161- 1989 is hereby rearranged to include all of the area included in the district pursuant to Ordinance 161-1989 and adding the area described in Exhibit A, which is attached to original Ordinance 49-1992 and made a part hereof.
