There is hereby established a sanitary sewer district within the City known as the Pickle Road No. 2 Sewer District: a district located in Section 10, Town 10 South, Range 8 East, in the City and described as follows: the south one-half of the north one-half of Section 10 and the north one-half of the south one-half of Section 10.
