There is hereby established a sanitary sewer district within the City known as the Seaman Road No. 1 Sewer District: commencing at the northeasterly corner of Section 4 and southeasterly corner of Section 33, intersection of Seaman and Coy Roads in Town 9 and 10 South, Range 8 East, in the City and Point of Beginning; thence southerly along the easterly line of Section 4, Coy Road, a distance of approximately 1182.71 feet to a point; thence westerly and parallel to the east and west centerline of Section 4 to a point on the north and south centerline of Section 4; thence southerly along the north and south centerline of Section 4 to a point, which point is the northeasterly corner of the Hallmark Square Subdivision; thence westerly along the northerly line of the Hallmark Square Subdivision to the northwesterly corner of the Subdivision and southwesterly corner of Springtime Addition, Plat 1; thence northerly along the westerly line of the Addition an approximate distance of 360 feet to a point; thence westerly an approximate distance of 466 feet and parallel with the northerly line of Arrowhead Trails Subdivisions to the centerline of Berlin Avenue; thence northerly along the centerline of Berlin Avenue to a point of intersection with the centerline of Alley between Mechanic and Portland Streets, in Starr Avenue Addition; thence westerly in the centerline of Alley to a point 90 feet westerly of the centerline of Whittlesey Street; thence northerly along the westerly lines of Lots 62, 99, 142 and 179 to a point on the centerline of Alley between Seaman Road and Edwin Streets; thence westerly along the centerline of Alley to a point, which point is the southerly extension of the westerly line of Lot No. 2 in Starr Avenue Addition; thence northerly along the westerly line of Lot No. 2 and southerly extension to the northerly line of Section 4 and southerly line of Section 33, Seaman Road; thence westerly along the northerly line of Section 4 and southerly line of Section 33 to the
City of Toledo and City Corporation Line; thence northwesterly along the last described Corporation Line to a point of intersection with the centerline of Otter Creek, located approximately at Berlin Avenue; thence generally northeasterly along the established centerline of Otter Creek to the north and south centerline of Section 33 Yarrow Street; thence northerly along the north and south centerline of Section 33 to a point of intersection with the east and west centerline of Section 33, Corduroy Road; thence easterly along the east and west centerline of the Section to a point on the east line of Section 33; thence southerly along the easterly line of Section 33 to the place of beginning, excepting a triangular portion of Lot No. 20 in Case's Addition in the City.
