913.02 COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS.

Any person, firm, association or corporation moving a house or other building from one location to another within the City must provide proof to the Director of Public Service that the location upon which the house or building will be moved has the necessary foundation and that all other requirements of the Building Code of the City have been complied with.
