All sidewalks, driveways, approaches, runways or curb openings hereafter constructed, reconstructed or made on any public street, avenue, boulevard or public way within the corporate limits of the City shall be constructed, reconstructed or made and, together with existing sidewalks, driveways, approaches, runways or curb openings shall be used and maintained in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
